Description
The estate dates back to the 17th century. the fruit is hand-picked and carried in crates. The fruit is transferred by gravity alone to the vathouse, where it is sorted twice on tables and vibrating tables. Fruit from different vineyard plots is vinifed in upturned truncated coneshaped concrete and stainless steel tanks. Extraction is gentle at carefully observed temperature levels
Balanced, perfectly ripe, round, richly supple without being too high spirited, very elegant.
Blend: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère
