Description

This elegant and vegan wine is hand harvested bunch by bunch, fermented with its natural yeasts. On the nose, watermelon, pear, lemon, fennel and walnut aromas, with a very rounded and balanced palate.

It is perfect to enjoy it with medium bodied dishes, such as tapas, baked and roasted fish, pasta and paella. This wine is great to taste it at a temperature of 10 – 11°C, never too cold!
