Description

VINIFICATION
Soft pressing without maceration, slow fermentation at low
temperatures (14-16 C °) and the 40% of the blend ends the alcoholic
fermentation in barriques and first passage tonneaux.

TASTING NOTES
This wine displays fruity notes, vanilla and hazelnut hints on the nose.
Fresh and well-structured with a dry and long finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Excellent with shell-fish such as tagliolini with shrimps, roasted turkey
and seasoned cheeses. Serve at 12°C.

BLACK LABEL is a selection of Veneto wines characterized by the
appassimento technique. A tribute to the first bottles of Amarone and Ripasso
produced by the first generation of the family in the 70s. Black Label
incorporates the elegance and classicism of the Veronese oenological tradition.
