Description

Hints of salted caramel with a luminous and fresh finish, this Junmai 12 sake has 25% less alcohol and calories than classic sakes, without compromising on the taste. This technical challenge was brilliantly solved by Regis Camus and the toji of the family-owned Konishi brewery in the Hyogo prefecture. The result is a 12% alcohol by volume sulphite-free alternative to rose and white wine.

On the nose, salted caramel, cacao, kumquat and almond. On the palate, joyful pastry notes with and a bright fresh finish.
