Description

Pedro Ximenez Sherry is obtained from overripe grapes of the same name, which are sun-dried so that they retain a high concentration of residual sugars. On the nose, the powerful aromas of raisins, figs, and honey immediately emerge. On the palate, the same aromas of dates, syrup and dried fruit, which together with a rich body makes a velvety and delightful aftertaste.

This sherry is the perfect end to a rich meal, and combines excellently with blue cheese or a full, sweet dessert.
