The unique process that led to the creation of our 15 year old expression was masterminded by David Stewart, our fifth malt master. The liquid matures in Spanish sherry casks and American Bourbon casks. It’s finished in new American oak. Finally, we add it to a one-of-a-kind Solera vat, imparting both sweetness and intensity.

Layers of oak, sherry and marzipan combining together to create a rich, rewarding taste. A second sip will often reveal subtler notes of cinnamon and ginger on the palate.
