Description

Between Mâcon to the south, Toumus to the north and Cluny in the west, the noble and very Burgundian Chardonnay reigns as absolute master on these limestone soils that suits it so well. Here we are at the heart of the gently undulating countryside so loved by the poet Lamartine.

The Mâcon-Villages whites are light, cheerful, charming wines, especially when very young. Whatever the vintage, they are full of fruity and floral subtleties, enhanced by lemony nuances. They are delightfully delicate and simple.

A bright golden colour, this Mâcon-Village reveals elegant, fresh aromas dominated by white blossom (honeysuckle and acacia) with a scent of honey and lime blossom on the finish. The palate confirms this delightful bouquet, offering fruit, elegance, finesse and distinction.
