Description
The grapes are picked early September, to ensure a lighter, fresher style of rosé, and pressed without crushing to give an ultra clear juice. Each parcel is fermented separately at a cool temperature in order to preserve the maximum of fruit aroma, and the wine is left on fine lees until just before bottling.
With notes of white fruit and citrus aromas, this rosé manages to combine delicate and fleeting minerality with a lightness of touch that refreshes and demands another glass.
